A Smarter, Faster Full HD TV - With a Versatile 43 inch Screen
The Samsung J5500 offers the Smart TV platform with more features, more speed and more to enjoy. Access the best of the internet, call up shows from Netflix and Amazon, share content from your mobile and enjoy them all on a versatile 43 inch screen that delivers crisp, clear and life-like high definition picture quality.
Excellent tv for the price I got the 43" version of the TV (43J5500) which so far roughly 5 months down the line is still impressive to say in modern days its a basic smart tv. First i'll run through some of the tech specs.
Sound- this TV has "average" sound quality from the internal 2x10w Down Firing + Base Reflex speakers which supports Dolby digital plus and DTS studio sound (virtual surround sound)
Image- the black level on this TV is where this TV shines (like most Samsung TV's) the blacks are natural and are deep (not grey or light) and ive personally not noticed any light bleed from the 43" 300 PQI LED panel, another thing to note is that with this TV if your sat in a bright room dont worry as you can set it high enough to drown reflections or sun light out! On a downside when watching blu-rays or games (custom gaming pc) I have noticed a bit of screen tearing here and there (60hz) also in fast moving images you see quite a bit of motion blur with this TV being only 60hz but ive seen worse!
Smart features- if your far away from your wireless router I recommend getting a powerline kit and using the Ethernet on the TV because you get quite a bit of buffering and delay when watching movies on Netflix or Amazon prime video (nothing to do with the tv just wifi in general)
